I was disappointed with the sustainability info on abyssbyabby.com. The site gives off the impression that the brand is more thoughtful or eco-conscious, but the wording felt kind of misleading because I couldn’t find much actual detail to back it up. There wasn’t clear info about the materials, packaging, or how the clothes are made. Maybe it’s hidden somewhere, but it definitely wasn’t easy to find. For a fashion brand, I’d expect a lot more transparency by now

I was disappointed when my order arrived. It came in this flimsy mailer with almost no protection, and I was already in a rush trying to get everything unpacked and sorted. The box inside was dented, and one of the items looked like it had been bounced around the whole way here. For the price, I expected way better packaging. Definitely not happy with it

Checkout was quick and easy, but the confirmation took longer than expected to show up.

The fit was actually nice, but it felt a little tight on me. Maybe I just misjudged my size, but I think I’d probably go one size up next time.

The packaging was fine too, not amazing or anything, just decent and did the job. Overall, I’m happy with it, and I’d probably order from them again.

The refund did eventually come through, so I guess that’s something. It just took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating because apparently getting my own money back requires a little extra patience. Not the worst experience, but definitely not a speedy one either.

I really liked being able to pick all the little details and make it feel exactly how I wanted. The whole process was super easy too, which I appreciated. the customization is a big reason I’d stick around, if they ever took that away, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

It’s cute overall, and I do like the look of it. From what I remember seeing in the pictures, I expected the fabric to feel a bit more substantial, but it’s kind of thin in person. Still nice, just not quite as sturdy-feeling as I had in mind.
